This policy explains which personal data we collect on amg-agencements.ch, why, and what your rights are. It is drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Quote request form: full name, phone number, email address and, if you provide them, municipality, type of project and expected budget.
• Direct contact: the information you send us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of the visit, recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies and audience measurement: see section 5.

3. Why we use this data

• to answer your request, call you back and prepare a quote;
• to carry out the contract if you entrust us with a project (plans, manufacturing, installation, invoicing, after-sales service);
• to keep the site running and secure;
• to measure visits to the site and the performance of our ads, if you accept.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send you unsolicited advertising.

4. Who has access to your data

• Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland): hosting of the site and of our email. Requests sent through the form reach us by email.
• Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC): audience and conversion measurement tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and, where applicable, Google Analytics), and the site's fonts (Google Fonts).
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to write to us through this channel.
• The agency that manages our advertising campaigns, for statistics that do not identify you.

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Union and the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse measurement and advertising cookies.

• If you refuse: no measurement or advertising cookie is set. Google may receive anonymous, cookieless signals, used only to produce aggregate statistics.
• If you accept: Google may set cookies to measure visits and to know whether an ad led to a quote request.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page, or by deleting your browser's cookies.

6. Retention period

• Quote requests that do not lead to a project: at most 24 months after our last exchange.
• Client files (accepted quotes, invoices): 10 years, in line with legal retention obligations.
• Technical data held by the hosting provider: according to the periods set by Infomaniak.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be handed over. Write to us at info@amg-agencements.ch: we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page.
